Gemma works on each quality indicator to provide the market with high precision and reliable quartz material (Top High Quality- THQ and High Quality- HQ, swept or unswept) adapted to each application specifications.

Our quartz is intended for use in the fabrication of piezoelectric elements for such applications as timing, frequency control, and sensor applications.

• Surface orientation : ± 5’ to ± 15’
• Seed centricity : 2 mm
• Surface roughness : Ra 0,8 to 1,2 µm

• Marking & Packaging :
  • On the minus X surface of each bar : growth batch number and sweeping batch number
  • Bars are packed in individual cells
